Stainless Welded Ferrule Technical Information
Stainless welded ferrule is one of the pipe mounting options. Using a welded ferrule, you can make the connection point ready for welding instead of ferrule crimping. The O-ring used on the welded ferrule should be selected according to the place of use and the fluid characteristics that will pass through it. NBR O-ring and Viton O-ring are widely used. We recommend viton o-ring which is resistant to high temperatures.
Welded ferrules are referred to as outer diameter and wall thickness. For example, 20 × 2 welded ferrule means that the outer diameter is 20mm and the wall thickness is 2mm.
